Após alguns dias sem publicar aqui no blog, decidi trazer-vos então algo diferente, um conjunto desportivo. 

A verdade é que todos nos gostamos de andar bem vestidos diariamente, mas quando falamos em treinar também temos que treinar com "estilo". Quem não gosta de treinar com um bom equipamento, todo a condizer? ahah 

Este ano a bershka disponibilizou, tanto para homem como para mulher, conjuntos fantásticos de desporto, portanto quem gostar da ideia é so passar pelo site. 

Tudo dito por hoje,  resta-me agora dizer para ficarem atentos pois tenho umas novidades que serão apresentadas aqui no blog para breve. Portanto fiquem por aí, um grande abraço e até à próxima pessoal. :D

After a few days without posting on the blog,  I decided to bring you something different, a sporty look.

The truth is that we all like to walk well dressed, every day, but when we talk about training, we also have to train with a little "style", right? Who does not like to train with a good equipment?  ahah
